GARAN Generator

Official sources

Is there an official GARAN label generator?

The European Commission publishes the official GARAN label as downloadable template files (colour, black-and-white and nested) but, as of mid-2026, does not offer an interactive online generator. This site is an independent tool that renders spec-conformant labels from those official templates; it is not the Commission’s tool and not legal advice.

What the Commission provides

The Commission publishes high-resolution vector template files for the label and the notice on its publications page. They are the official source artwork, but you still have to fill in and export each label yourself.

What this tool adds

This generator takes the three editable fields and returns a finished label in five formats and three variants, one at a time, by CSV batch, or over the API. It is built from the official Annex I and II templates.

Independent, not official

This is an independent tool by media:meets GmbH, not the Commission’s tool. No warranty is given as to completeness or legal compliance, and responsibility for correct use remains with you.
