These terms govern the use of the free GARAN label generator provided by media:meets GmbH.
Liability
The GARAN label generator is a free, independent aid provided by media:meets GmbH. It is not the official tool of the European Commission and is not connected to it in any way.
The generator implements the templates from Annexes I and II of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 to the best of its knowledge. No warranty is given as to the accuracy, completeness or legal compliance of the generated files.
The information on the regulation presented on this website is general guidance and does not constitute legal advice. Only the official text of the regulation, in its version in force at any given time, is authoritative.
Users check on their own responsibility whether a labelling requirement applies to their product and whether the generated label meets the applicable requirements as to content, size, colour, placement and language version. Responsibility for using the label lies solely with the user.
media:meets GmbH is not liable for damage arising from the use of the generated files, unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
